Refund Policy

We will happily provide a store credit for all full priced items only in their original, unworn condition excluding purchases made during a sale promotion that specified final sale/no refunds or exchanged

The return on full priced items must be lodged with us within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you contact us after 7 days of receiving the item, we will not offer any refunds or store credits.
Once item/s are returned, please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed. You will receive your credit via email for the value of your purchase within 1-3 business days.
Your credit note is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
If your dress does not meet the return conditions, you will be notified via email, and the item will be returned to you, and no credit note will be issued.

Made-To-Order Items

Made-to-order purchases are final sales unless faulty.

Sale Items

Sale items and/or marked-down items are final sale, with no Exchange or returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges. Please place a new order online if you require another size or colour.

Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of the offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen circumstances.


Store credits are valid 12 months from the issue date and must be used in full on your next order with Glam Runway Australia. Store credits are not redeemable for cash, and any partially used store credits will not be reissued. All purchases made with a store credit are final and cannot be returned.
