Shipping & Delivery

Some designers and styles sold at Glamrunway Australia require a minimum delivery period as they are made-to-order.

All our garments are checked by the manufacture and will have a garment stamp tag. They are then double-checked by Glamrunway Australia before shipping out to you.

Some designs and custom orders may require 2-18 weeks for production and delivery. Please get in touch with us if you need your dress urgently, as we or our supplier often have the more popular styles in-stock and you maybe able to receive the item quicker.

Our 'Rush' options are at an additional fee, enabling your order to be put into production as a priority, and best efforts will be made to have the order to you within the indicated time frame.

However, if your item is in-stock, you will receive it in a more timely manner, subject to Australia Post services.

All our dresses are packaged carefully into plastic garment pages.

BLACK FRIDAY & BOXING DAY SALES

During the Black Friday sales period, we will provide two available postage options for our customers.
The first option is standard delivery, priced at $20,
And the second option is express delivery, priced at $30.
Please note that any additional postage options listed below will not be available during this promotional period./b>

Orders Over $400 - FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery is provided for orders exceeding $400, while standard shipping rates are applicable to orders under $399, incurring a standard shipping cost of $25.

Additionally, for orders of three items or more, standard delivery is available at a flat rate of $50.

Orders under $399 - STANDARD SHIPPING RATES APPLY

For orders under $399, a standard shipping cost of $25 is applied.

Rush options:

For those seeking expedited options, we present two 'Rush' choices with Jadore & Nicoletta:

Rush - $55

$55 per item for delivery within 10-12 weeks.

Super Rush - $100

$100 per item for delivery within 8-10 weeks.

The standard delivery timeframe remains 12-14 weeks.
